This is one of my personal favorite outfits to wear when it’s cold out you see it’s super modern super trendy and incredibly stylish because it combines the elements of classic menswear like the top coat and combines it with a more modern and trendy denim jacket to keep you warm and looking fly if it’s really cold out I’ll wear this with a sweater or long-sleeve shirt under it and finish it off with a pair of jeans or chinos and some boots.
#2 the turtleneck vest and jacket combo
This is the perfect example of badass winter layering when the cold weather hits it can get pretty hard to look stylish and still be warm at the same time but throwing a turtleneck on is perhaps the most important piece you can have during the winter months turtlenecks go with basically everything they make you look way more sophisticated and they keep you warm as fuck I wear turtlenecks all the time when it’s cold out and you should too so now that you have the turtleneck as the main piece in this outfit you got to layer it up with a vest for added warmth and style and finally you top it off with a jacket you can wear it with many types of jackets a blazer a puffer jacket so on, once you got the turtleneck and vest on you can get really creative with it and make this look work however you need it to.
#3 the bundled up all-black look
Now if you’re ever in doubt and unsure of what to wear on a cold day then just go all black baby wearing an all-black outfit is a super easy way to make your outfit look ten times sleeker and stylish without really having to do anything extra the continuity of the outfit is all black makes the whole look up here super put together and it gives your outfit that bold edge which will make you stand out in front of the ladies. now the choice is really up to you. you can wear a black turtleneck a leather jacket a black pea coat and sweater a black beanie some sunglasses the choice is really up to you as long as you have a black jacket and black jeans the rest can fall into place pretty easily.
#4 the button-down sweater and top coat combo
This outfit is a staple of classic menswear this look is timeless and will always look good especially in the winter months. this look is especially good if you’re going out to a slightly more formal event where you want to dress up a little bit but still keep it cool and casual if you work in a more professional setting this is a perfect work outfit because it’s business casual and not only keeps you warm and cozy but also have you looking like a classic motherfucking boss. now on those days when it gets below freezing up here on Mount Olympus and let me tell you it gets fucking cold all right you’ll definitely catch me wearing this outfit when I’m on my way to take your bitch so if you see me wearing this then you better watch out haha just kidding or am i.
#5 the puffer jacket look
If you don’t know what a puffer jacket is basically it’s exactly what it sounds like it’s a jacket that’s puffy or has things that resemble bubbles on it these jackets are necessary for those days when it’s cold and your balls shrink into your stomach yeah you guys know what I’m talking about right some puffer jackets have hoods and some don’t it really depends I prefer my puffer jackets to be a little thinner and less puffy just because I feel the real puffy ones make you look a little like a kid in elementary school who should be wearing a spider-man backpack these jackets are typically pretty standard so they go well with anything and typically when it’s cold out that’s the time to bust out the puffer jacket you’re probably a little less focused on being stylish and more focused on staying warm right now here yeah it’s safe to say that if you live somewhere where it gets cold you should have one of these jackets in your style arsenal and besides chicks love to wrap these things around them when they get a little cold to make some feel all snuggly and I’m more than happy to offer my jacket to a chicken need and that my friends are it.
When you first wake up in the morning your body is at peak cortisol production. Cortisol is a vital hormone that regulates various processes in the body. But mostly, it’s the hormone your body produces in order to keep your body and mind alert and awake. Cortisol also plays an important role in regulating your natural sleep-wake cycle aka your circadian rhythm. Your circadian rhythm is the rhythm your body creates in order to keep you awake and alert in the mornings and throughout the day, and also to make you sleepy and ready for bed at night. If you drink coffee when your body is at peak cortisol levels, you’re supplementing your alertness with a drug, in this case, caffeine. This results in your body potentially decreasing your cortisol production and resulting in you being dependent on coffee for your alertness and awakeness Also, this may be a really unpopular opinion but I think it’s really stupid to have to drink coffee in the morning to feel awake and energized.
If you wake up and have low energy and fatigue throughout the day, it’s indicative of a bad sleep schedule and or a poor diet. Both of which require long-term, holistic fixes, and using coffee to bypass that is simply short-sighted and only fixes the symptom, not the underlying problem. The most important thing you can do for your health and well-being is to get a regulated sleep schedule where you’re sleeping a non-negotiable bare minimum of 7 hours per night AND you’re going to sleep and waking up at the same time most nights. This regulated cycle puts your body in a groove that makes it easy for it to get good sleep because it’s routine. If you wake up at 7 am one day and then at 12 pm the next day, then your body isn’t going to have a routine and will, therefore, have trouble establishing your sleep cycle and going into deep sleep.
#2 Don’t dick around and procrastinate in the morning.
The worst thing you can do as soon as you wake up is laying in bed for an extra 2 hours wasting time. As soon as you wake up, you should get out of bed and start on the most important tasks of your day, OR do 1 or 2-morning rituals or routines that can prep your mind and body for the day before you go crush your tasks for the day. What you do first thing in the morning sets the precedent for your whole day, so if you wake up and just lounge in bed for a long ass time after you wake up, then it pushes back your entire schedule and will put you in the wrong frame of mind.
I like to use the 5-minute rule when I’m feeling lazy in the mornings. If you’re not familiar, the 5-minute rule is a really common productivity hack that basically says, if you don’t feel like doing something, just commit to doing it for 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes you want to stop, then you can stop. If you want to continue, then you can continue for another 5 minutes. Doing this turns your tasks into small actionable steps that are WAY less overwhelming than committing to doing an entire 3-hour task.
#3 NEVER leave the house without washing your face.
If you didn’t already know, your skin naturally produces and builds up oil in your pores and skin as time goes on. This is why when you don’t shower or wash your face for a long time, your skin starts to get oily. This oil build up leads to your pores getting clogged and these clogged pores cause pimples, blackheads, and acne. Most people sleep for at least 6 hours, even though you should really be sleeping at least 7 or 8 but that’s for a whole other topic. The point being, when you sleep for a few hours and your face is up against a pillow creating heat, your skin becomes oily and your pores can start to become clogged. So if you leave the house without washing your face when you’re walking out with hours and hours of clogged pores and oily skin, and if you don’t shower till later in the day, then you’ll end up going like a full fucking 24 hours without washing your face. Can you imagine how much oil and dirt is gonna be built up in your face by then??? I mean hey, if you’re trying to grow a blackhead farm on your face then, by all means, don’t wash your face but if you’re trying to have clean and godly skin then you have to wash your face with a face wash.
A handsome and wholesome face requires and wholesome routine that has the essentials for cleaning up your skin, nothing more nothing less. Ain’t nobody got time for some oily ass clogged skin.
#4 NEVER NEVER NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER Use your phone as soon as you wake up.
I can’t tell you how bad this is, yet every single person does this. They sleep with their phone next to their bed, they check it if they wake up in the middle of the night, and they check it as soon as they wake up. Remember how I was saying that your body requires a delicate and regulated routine in order for you to go into a deep sleep and actually feel rested? Well if you check your phone in the middle of the night, it distracts your mind, making it harder to fall back to sleep, and it engages it in another activity which makes it harder for your mind to reach a relaxed and restful state and pulling you further out of your deep sleep cycle. Not only that but, but it also fills your head with distractions and stress before you’ve had a chance to tackle and focus on your most important tasks. If you wake up to some YouTube drama or see that PewdiePie is about to pass T-Series then you’re gonna be stressed out and distracted first thing in the morning and it’ll make it harder for you to have a productive and stress-free day. And lastly, for all my productivity nerds who work from their computers like me.
#5 NEVER do email as your first task of the day.
There’s nothing more soul-sucking than doing emails. But not only is it sucking, but it’s also really bad for keeping your mind in a focused and productive state. Email is the world pushing its agenda on to you before you can push your agenda on to the world. It puts you in a reactive state instead of a proactive state and makes it more likely that you’ll end up spending your day going from task to task based on what people want from you and you won’t get done the big, important tasks you set out to do from the start. And that my friends, is it.
In summary: Never drink coffee first thing in the morning, Never leave the house without washing your face, first Don’t dick around, Never check your phone as soon as you wake up And don’t do emails as your first task of the day.
For many of us, getting up in the morning is a hassle. We often start our days on autopilot and go through our daily routines, forgetting about our well-being. There are certain morning habits that can ruin your mood, zap your energy, and set the stage for an unproductive rest of the day. We checked out what scientists and other experts had to say about making the most (and the least) of the first 60 minutes after you wake up. Today, we’ve rounded up 12 common wake-up mistakes that you’ll want to avoid!
#1. Hitting The Snooze Button.
Sometimes, your alarm goes off and you’re just not ready to face the day yet. Most sleep specialists believe that you should resist the temptation to put off the inevitable by 5 or 10 minutes. The reason for this is quite simple. If you hit the snooze button, you might enter into a sleep cycle you likely won’t finish. As a result, you’ll wake up groggy, rather than refreshed. The second reason is more about motivation: When you hit snooze, you’re telling your hopes and dreams that they can wait. Successful people don’t do this. The best thing for an alert day is to avoid the temptation completely. Instead, opt for going to bed a little earlier the night before, to get sufficient rest – you’ll rise with ease and won’t need to hit snooze.
#2. Checking Your Phone.
Most of us sleep with our phones just within reach – either under our pillows or on the bedside table. But wellness and work-life balance experts recommend that if you like to start your day right, you should try your best not to look at your phone until after you’ve had some time to wake up and collect yourself. Whether it’s checking e-mails, text messages, or even your social media accounts, you should make it a habit not to grasp your cellphone right after you open your eyes – because doing so can send you into “panic mode,” before your day has even begun. So do yourself a favor and stop checking. Your inbox and social media accounts can surely wait a couple of hours.
#3. Remaining Curled Up.
During sleep, your spinal discs absorb fluid as part of a natural rehydration process. This causes the discs to expand, which is why you can actually be a few centimeters taller in the morning. However, this natural process also limits the movement of the vertebrae and causes the spine to stiffen. So instead of staying all curled up, GENTLY stretch while you’re still in bed. Stretching out not only gets the spine and muscles limbered up, but it is also a way to build confidence as you begin your day. According to research, people who wake up with their arms in a V-shape “are super happy, like annoyingly happy.” On the other hand, there is evidence that people who wake up in the fetal position “wake up much more stressed out.” In fact, there is evidence that stretching first thing, helps to increase flexibility, improve circulation and relieve tension. So remember to stretch!
#4. Forgetting To Hydrate.
Upon waking up, your body is in need of hydration. After all, assuming you had a good night of sleep, you’ve gone for seven to eight hours without water. Drinking water not only helps you wake up, but it can also get your metabolism moving in the right direction. If you don’t like plain water, you can add some lemon or lime, which also helps to flush out the liver. Drinking water first thing in the morning can also help with constipation, prevent UTIs, help with weight loss, boost your immune system, battle bad breath and strengthen the brain, among other things. Experts suggest drinking water at room temperature though because cold water can shock your system and prevent the many health benefits from taking effect. So start your day with a large glass of water. It’s one of the best things you can do for your body!
#5. Drinking Coffee.
First Thing If you think you can’t function until you’ve downed a cup of coffee, think again! Scientists have found that your body naturally produces higher amounts of the energy regulating stress hormone cortisol, between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. By drinking coffee before or during that time, the caffeine will force your body to produce less cortisol in the early morning. So enjoy that warm lemon water instead, and wait until after 9:30 to pour that perfect cup of coffee.
#6. Leaving Your Bed Unmade.
It seems that people fall into one of two groups: the bed makers and the unkempt bed keepers. I mean, who’s going to notice if you don’t make your bed, right? Besides, you’re just going to get back in your bed in a few hours and mess it up again. Regardless of whether folks pull up the covers or leave them in a heap, they are convinced that THEIR WAY is the right way. Some people suggest that it might actually be cleaner to keep the bed messy because an unmade bed is less hospitable to dust mites. But most experts disagree, since dust mites are everywhere, so an unmade bed isn’t going to do much to fend them off. Instead, they suggest washing the sheets every other week and vacuuming the mattress regularly. In addition, forming good habits – including making your bed in the morning, is associated with increased productivity throughout the rest of the day. In fact, making your bed is a keystone habit that can spark chain reactions that help other good habits take hold. So, if you haven’t already make it a priority, making your bed in the morning is a really good habit to start.
#7. Getting Ready In The Dark.
This has nothing to do with making bad fashion choices… Our bodies’ internal clocks are so sensitive to light, that getting ready in the dark can send a signal to your body that it’s still nighttime. This will keep you feeling groggy and out of it, rather than alert, energized, and in a really good mood. Continually getting ready in the dark may even make you feel depressed. So if you’re up before the sun, make sure you turn those lights on!
#8. Skipping Exercise.
We all know how important exercise is for our health and well-being, but many experts say making exercise a part of your morning routine is particularly beneficial. There are added benefits to working out in the morning rather than later in the day. In addition, morning exercisers tend to stick with their exercise habits. By working out in the morning, you get your exercise in before other distractions can intrude – and that’s something we can all relate to because once the day gets going, it’s hard to get off the treadmill called life.
#9. Brushing After Breakfast.
Common sense would dictate that brushing your teeth after eating breakfast is the right thing to do because you generally clean off all the stuff and gunk from your meal. But this is actually counter-intuitive: brushing your teeth right after eating can actually do a lot more harm than good – especially if you’ve downed acidic stuff like fruit or coffee. Likewise, the bacteria in your mouth produce acid when you eat, and this weakens the enamel of your teeth. If you brush your teeth while they’re in this ‘weakened state’, you can actually brush away enamel from the surface of your teeth. So brush your teeth after you rise, but before you eat. Then afterward, you can floss your teeth and rinse with water to make your mouth feel cleaner, and wash away any food particles. And if you really can’t stand to skip brushing after breakfast, hold off for half an hour after you eat.
#10. Steaming Up Your Shower.
The pulse of hot water feels great on your body, but it might be lulling you back into la-la land. Heat tells your nervous system that it’s time for your muscles to relax, and for your heart rate to slow down. As a result, you start to feel calm – and sleepy! If you want to feel more awake, take a quick cold shower. It sucks a little bit, yes. But it will signal the release of the energizing hormone adrenaline. It will also boost your mood. Research shows that cold showers can flood the body with feel-good endorphins.
Hey, you wake up daily and think about how should I maintain my day or how to make a routine. It’s probably not a difficult task for everyone but it may be difficult for most of you guys. So, here I’m gonna tell you about 8 things that a man should do every morning. Now here’s you gonna learn how to make your ULTIMATE Morning Routine to Be More Productive.
#1. Do Something Positive To Kick Start Your Day.
I like to start off my day by IMMEDIATELY doing something that makes me happy. This can be anything you like, from cuddling with your girlfriend in bed to having sex with your anime body pillow, to visualizing yourself achieving your goals or even reading a few jokes from a joke book. This is a great way to ensure you start EVERY DAY feeling great.
#2. Skip Coffee.
Now I know this is controversial because so many people SWEAR by coffee and drink it first thing in the morning, every morning. But by accustoming your body to wake up and be active naturally, without having to drink coffee, over time you’ll get used to functioning in the morning without it and you’ll feel like you have a lot more energy naturally. If you’re gonna drink coffee, I suggest waiting at least 2-3 hours until after you wake up so your body doesn’t get into the habit of needing coffee the second you wake up. I almost never drink coffee, but when I do, I only drink one cup a day, and I’ll sip on it over a period of 1-3 hours so I’m getting a consistent jolt of energy throughout my work session and I avoid a huge crash.
#3. Keep Your Phone Off.
For the first 30 minutes to an hour after waking up I’ve found it incredibly helpful to keep my phone off or on airplane mode to make sure I’m not waking up to a storm of text notifications, emails, Instagrams, Snapchat, and all that shit. Waking up to all that is a really easy way to overwhelm your mind right when you wake up and put you in a rushed and cluttered mindset before you even start your day. It’s also better to get your sun exposure and meditate before all the technological chatter clouds your mind and puts you in a frantic mindset where you’re hearing about all the things you need to get done before you’ve properly prepared yourself for the day. This way, you can turn your phone on ONLY after you’ve properly prepared yourself for the day ahead and are ready to make sure your day is great, just like mine.
#4. Wash Your Face.
Washing your face in the morning makes you feel a lot more refreshed and ready to take on the day because your face is the first thing that most people see when they look at you, and once it feels clean and refreshed it’ll help boost your mood and confidence throughout the day.
#5. Sun Exposure.
Within the first 20 minutes of waking up, it’s important to get some sunlight, not just because it’s good to get some (emphasize this) Vitamin D but also because it helps boost your mood throughout the day and helps regulate your circadian rhythm which is basically your body’s natural clock. So by getting sunlight for a few minutes at the start of your day, you’ll feel more energetic in the morning and you’ll also feel ready for sleep at night because your circadian rhythm will be balanced. This is especially good for people with insomnia and trouble sleeping.
If you have a balcony, a front porch, back porch, or even if you wanna just go for a quick walk, getting sun exposure has been one of the newer things you should start doing and it’s a huge help for you and it’s made you feel a lot more mellowed out and positive early in the day. Or if you live somewhere where you absolutely cannot get sun, like it’s really dark all the time or you’re a vampire or something, you can pick up a Vitamin D supplement. Make sure you get D3, not D2, and you should start with about 2000 I.U. and then go from there depending on how you like it. Another good thing about washing your face before getting some sun exposure is that you’ll already have a moisturizer that has an SPF so you’ll be protected from the sun.
#6. Drink A Smoothie.
Every morning, no matter what, I always make time to make a smoothie for myself to ensure I get my electrolytes and vitamins in. It’s also a really good way to make sure you’re getting your servings of fruit in and are getting a head start on all the nutrients you need for the day. I like to make mine with mixed berries, like raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and a whole banana. I also add a slice of ginger in there to level out the acidity of the berries and I’ll occasionally include protein as well. I like having a smoothie every morning because it serves as a good dietary base to make sure I get some nutrients in me so even if my diet isn’t as good as it usually is during the day, I still started off with a healthy base.
#7. Journal For 5 Minutes.
If you don’t like meditation, journaling for just 5-10 minutes a day can make a HUGE difference for you as well. Getting all your thoughts out of your head and on paper is a really good way to feel less overwhelmed throughout the day and get rid of some of that excess mental chatter that can distract you and be a source of anxiety throughout the day. It’s a perfect way to empty your mind, and not to sound like Confucius or some shit but on days when you’re feeling really stressed, journaling can really help you feel like your emptying that stress out onto the paper and help your mental state A LOT more. Try it out for a few days and see if it works for you. Some people prefer this over meditation, some people prefer to do both or alternate. Just experiment and find what works best for you.
20 minutes a day as soon as you wake up is ideal but even only 10 minutes can make all the difference for you, in terms of mood, mental clarity, and your ability to take on all your tasks for the day. That’s It!
Hey! You If you are struggling with your life and trying to find out a way that how i can be successful in my life so, you are at the right place where i am gonna tell about 4 habits that will change your life.
#1. The 80/20 Principle.
In the late 1800s, an economist named Wilfredo Pareto observed that eighty percent of the land in his home country was owned by 20 percent of the population turns out the land in nearly every major country is distributed the exact same way. years later a consultant named Joseph Juran realized the same pattern applies to business. The Pareto or 80/20 principle suggests that 80 percent of your sales will come from 20% of your clients but the 80/20 principle isn’t limited to just land or sales. In athletics, 20 percent of your exercises will yield 80% of your gains in customer service 20 percent of your customers will make up 80 percent of your complaints. Even in programming fixing the top 20 percent of bugs will resolve 80 percent of the user’s issues. Over the years all sorts of mathematical evidence have come out in support of the 80/20 principle something called power law can even predict everything from the frequency of last names to the size of craters on the moon but how can the 8020 principles affect your life.
ell, as you might have guessed the principle applies to work and success to 80% of your success will come from 20% of your work. This means we waste the vast majority of our time according to the Harvard Business Review almost everything we do is unimportant. We spend 80 percent of our time distracted or inattentive we’re led astray by our environments. We’re sidetracked by technology even when we are working only a small percentage is actually worth our time. We’d like to think that we get as much out of our work as we put into it but that just isn’t true. Someone who spends eight hours at work every day could accomplish less than someone who only eight hours a week.
The key is to identify that all-important 20%. The 80/20 principle is also known as the law of the vital few if that 20% disappeared you to fail. You’d make no progress but if you concentrate on that 20% the majority will flourish making you successful in the long run so how do you put the 80/20 principle into practice when you make your to-do list order it from most to least important then cross out the bottom 80% that top 20% is where the majority of your success will come from. The idea is to increase your productivity by targeting the vital few don’t try to do everything don’t try to make everything perfect and make sure you never let a day go by without working on that top 20%. It may only take you an hour a day but that hour will have a bigger impact than the remaining 23 ever will.
2. Daily Routines.
Your routine should create a framework for your day I say routines because ideally, you should have two of them. One in the morning and one at night. morning routines are intended to stimulate your body and brain a good night’s sleep supplies you with energy so your morning routine should amplify it and give it direction. A Morning workout, for example, invigorates you by jump-starting your metabolism and flooding your body with endorphins. Consistency is especially important for morning routines many people find it challenging to motivate themselves to work out or spend time setting goals it may be tough at first but a consistent morning routine will help you build self-discipline.
Not only will this make your routines easier but the benefits will also carry over into your work. You’ll have an easier time focusing while feeling confident and clear-headed so what should a strong morning routine look like they actually differ for everyone. You ultimately decide the routine that works best for you some people run eat breakfast and listen to a podcast others make lists and read the newspaper whatever routine you choose make sure it leaves you energized and inspired. So, what about after a long day of work what should you do then the purpose of an evening routine is to wind your body down.
Unfortunately, it isn’t as easy as jumping in bed and binging a series on Netflix a strong evening routine nourishes your brain while gradually preparing for bed you can use this time to plan the next day reflect or do something fun. Many successful people set aside a block of time at night to work on their hobbies as important as it is to work it’s just as necessary to relieve stress and do what you love. Make sure to give your brain some creative freedom while keeping it active and ambitious.
#3. Get Back To Them.
Imagine you’re having a busy week at work when a co-worker asks you for a favor. Your boss passed them a huge assignment so they’re wondering if you can share the load this means hours of extra work but you aren’t sure if you have the time or energy to handle anything more so what do you tell them. There are several ways to navigate this situation many of which leave you in a rough spot maybe you’re the kind of person who would jump at the opportunity whether you like helping people or feel too guilty to say no you commit to something you can’t handle. It always feels satisfying and rewarding at the moment watching them smile or pay you compliments eases that initial batch of anxiety but you soon find yourself overwhelmed. The quality of your work starts to suffer you’ve piled on an extra helping of stress and it won’t go down easy.
Maybe saying yes isn’t your problem let’s say you turn your coworker down instead you’re already worried about your current work and don’t want to risk overburdening yourself. You might even be scared of the extra pressure this project could potentially be a giant step forward in your career which can be intimidating so naturally you run away. Now you have to watch as your co-worker aces the assignment and gets that promotion you were hoping for.
So, saying yes is reckless and saying no is cowardly what do you do well the mistake here isn’t the actual decision it’s how quickly you made it in both situations you responded right away you went with your knee-jerk reaction which is like driving blind you may know how to drive straight but you still won’t see the tree in the middle of the road. In other words you’re committing to something without considering your own personal obstacles and limitations but that doesn’t mean you should never drive you shouldn’t say no to everything assuming that you’re going to crash and burn then you won’t go anywhere you’ll never make any progress because you’re hiding in a safe little bubble the key is to make educated and mindful decisions so before you choose give yourself time to think it over respond with something like I’ll get back to you later or I’ll check my calendar this buys you time to formulate a plan.
Does the extra work fit into your schedule do you want that additional stress in your life what new avenues could this opportunity open up for you-you might feel differently about the entire situation after contemplating for as little as 15 minutes. The emotional weight of the decision will subside this will give you a clearer idea of what to do in the end you won’t want things like guilt or fear making choices for you and the best part is you’ll never offend anyone by taking time to think you’ll communicate that you value your own time while showing that you’re taking their decision seriously. Even if you turn them down a thorough no is always better than a half-hearted yes.
#4. Practice Gratitude.
Many people aren’t aware of how often they complain they don’t realize how much time they waste mulling over situations that don’t go their way to make matters worse they rarely take action. They’ll complain about the same issue for weeks without making any effort to fix it to be fair it may not be your fault it might be completely out of your control but when you complain you’re only hurting yourself. Complaints trap you in a web of negativity you become so focused on all the bad things that you don’t pay attention to the good.
Ones this negative outlook can ruin your chances at accomplishing your goals because you’ve decided the world won’t let you when you’re pursuing success complaints are essentially excuses they’re just reasons why you aren’t where you think you should be. Instead of complaining learn to practice gratitude find ways to be hopeful and inspired instead of angry focus on the constructive parts of your life to nurture a positive perspective this will keep you feeling happy and motivated that way when things don’t go your way you won’t give up when you fail you’ll try again.
But how do you practice gratitude it’s actually pretty simple pay attention to the good and the world around you no matter how small it could be anything from your dog to the weather outside as long as you enjoy it the idea is to separate the positive from the negative. When something goes south chronic complainers feel like their entire life is falling apart someone who practices gratitude can still recognize the dozens of positive things in their life this gives them the motivation to grow and take action while everyone else is focused on what went wrong.
If you want to build muscle these are the only exercises you’ll ever need. The best part is that these moves won’t only get you ripped but also give you better posture, more strength, more mobility and get you into your dream body in no time. So, get ready to learn about these seriously powerful moves.
#1. Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows.
This is a great move that will force your body into the proper form and build muscle in your back and shoulders as a bonus it will also improve your posture. Set a bench at an incline lie face down against it with your arms straight down and one dumbbell in each hand. Squeeze your shoulder blades, and move your elbows back to do the row. Pause for a moment and then return to the starting position. Make sure you don’t use momentum to complete the movement. The best part of this move is that since your lower back doesn’t need to stabilize it allows you to work specifically on your upper back.
Doing pull-ups can be hard at first. if you’re a beginner and struggling with them do as many as you can and then increase the repetitions as you develop strength. Pull-ups will mostly work on your lats and biceps and they will target your upper back and forearms to a lesser extent. This move will give you the v-shape of wide shoulders and a smaller waist that so many men want. Grab the pull-up bar with your palms facing away from you. You should hold the bar with a very wide grip more than shoulder width. Pull yourself up until your chest touches the bar then lower yourself in a controlled fashion without using momentum repeat the movement without putting your feet on the ground.
Chin-ups can be very similar to pull-ups as they work on the lats trapezius muscle and rhomboids. The major difference is that chin-ups place more emphasis on the biceps. Grab the pull-up bar with your palms facing toward you with a grip that’s narrower than shoulder-width. Stick your chest out and create a small curve in your lower back exhale and pull yourself up so that your chin reaches the top of the bar. As you do this keep your elbows close to your body lower yourself and exhale repeat the movement without touching the ground. To make the exercise even more challenging you can use a dip belt.
#4. Dumbbell Single Arm Row.
If your arms are lacking in strength doing a single arm row is a great way to begin your muscle building journey. Place two dumbbells on each side of a flat bench put your right knee against the bench and bend your upper body forward until it’s parallel with the floor. Put your right arm against the bench to hold yourself in place reach for the dumbbell on the left side of the bench pull your left arm up keeping it close to your body. Imagine someone’s pulling your elbow straight up to the ceiling the only thing that should move is your arm the rest of your body should be stationary. This move will target your lats rhomboids lower traps rotator cuffs and your erector spinal muscles which help straighten and rotate your back.
#5. Barbell Squats.
This is the best lower body exercise you can find. A barbell squat will primarily work your quadriceps but it also targets your hamstrings, calves, glutes and even extends to your lower back. The squat is the best move you can do if you want to increase testosterone. Compound movements like a basic squat with a barbell will work several muscles at once and the more muscles you work the more testosterone gets released into the bloodstream. Standing straight with the barbell behind you push your hips back and drop down into a squat your feet should be shoulder width apart. Keep your heels flat on the floor don’t allow your knees to extend forward beyond your feet and don’t drop your chin. Keep your back straight and your chest up.
#6. Shoulder Presses.
You can do this exercise with a dumbbell or a barbell. However, if you really want to build muscle fast the barbell is the best choice. This move will target your deltoids, trapezius, triceps, and rotator cuff muscles. Sit on a bench that has back support and leans back. Grab the barbell with your palms facing away from you and hold it just above your chest. your grip should be wider than shoulder width. Move the barbell up past your head until your arms are straight above your head lower the barbell down to your chin or the top of your chest and inhale at the same time then exhale as you lift the barbell one more time.
#7. Barbell Bench Presses.
You also need to work on the front of your body and that’s what barbell chest presses accomplish. Fly down face up on a bench take the barbell from the rack with your palms facing away from you lift the barbell straight up over your chest and hold it with your arms locked inhale and bring the barbell down slowly until it touches your chest. then exhale and lift the bar keeping it right above your nipple line. This move will add definition to your chest muscles and build that big chest most men want to achieve with bodybuilding. you can also set the bench at an incline for better comfort but a flat bench will work your chest muscles harder and promote more muscle growth.
#8. Barbell Row.
This exercise how the strength in your back and bulk you up it’s a challenging exercise to perform but if it’s done correctly it’s one of the most effective exercises out there. This move will work your upper back, lower back, rhomboids, biceps, glutes core, and hamstrings place your feet hip-width apart with the barbell over your feet bend over and grab the barbell your back should be flat your shoulders pulled down and back and your knees slightly bent drive your elbows back and start the row bring the barbell close to your stomach and then lower it in a controlled fashion past your knees now start over. The most common mistake with this exercise is to bounce the barbell up and down letting momentum do the work.
Adding deadlifts to your workout routine when you’re trying to build muscle is a no-brainer. A deadlift forces you to use muscles in the front and back of your body it targets your lats rhomboids trapezius muscle lower back and it’s one of the few exercises that target your hamstrings directly. This move will not only give you amazing muscles but will actually increase your physical strength. Start in the same position as the barbell row reach for the barbell and move your hips back as if they were a hinge as your hips move back to pull the barbell up and stand straight then lower it to the starting position. Your nervous and musculoskeletal systems will be hard at work so if you’re a beginner it’s best to pace yourself with this move at first.
#10. Power Cleans.
The name says it all this will require some power. This is one of the most killer exercises you can find since it involves an explosive movement. It will engage all the major muscles in your body quads, core, hamstrings, glutes, traps, shoulders, arms, back and everything you can imagine. This move will get your heart rate going and build a ton of muscle. Place your feet shoulder-width apart with your chest out your back straight and facing straight ahead bend down and lift the barbell up to your shins this is the starting position now as you stand up lift the barbell straight up while keeping it close to your body as the barbell moves closer to your chest rotate your arms around and under the barbell simultaneously drop into a quarter squat position now gently place the barbell against your chest right under your chin. Finally, bend down and lower the barbell back to your shins repeat the movement keep in mind that if you’re a beginner trying out these exercises it’s best to start with lighter weights and work your way up to heavier ones so you can really focus on good form.
Whether you’re going on a date, going out to a party or a bar, or you’re going out anywhere really where there will be hot girls, chances are you’re gonna want to look your best. And it only makes sense that you’d want hot girls to think you’re looking your best as well. So today, I’m bringing to you the 5 outfits girls absolutely LOVE on men.
#1. The Leather Jacket, Ripped Jeans, and Sneakers combo
Leather jackets are a certified staple of every stylish wardrobe but if you wanna grab a girl’s attention, you gotta make sure your leather jacket is looking modern. Anybody can throw on an 80’s leather jacket from their dad’s closet, but not every guy can make a leather jacket look stylish, modern, and on trend. This outfit combo is how you do EXACTLY that. It’ll turn heads and get you style points while also giving you cool points as well.
#2. The Checkered pants and button down combo.
It’s modern and still incorporates elements of classic style. This look will make your outfit look clean, sleek, and 10x more attractive to women because it incorporates the traditional men look good formal mentality, with a modern twist that makes the outfit look more playful and on trend. I think this look works best with a casual sneaker but it can also work well with a loafer or pair of oxford shoes as well. It’s really up to personal preference and how classic you want to make the look. If you want to go really traditional then a regular oxford shoe or loafer will work best, while a sneaker is better for making it look more modern and trendy. This is probably one of my favorite outfits in the list so make sure you get this one in your wardrobe.
#3. The Golf Jacket and Jeans or Chinos Combo.
Now, wait, I know you’re probably thinking like “What you said? Golf Jackets?!?! Isn’t that the shit that dads wear with those wackass new balances?” BUT, when worn correctly, golf jackets can make you look classic and fashionable at the same time. I mean, look, even James bond wears them! These jackets are such a classic piece that when you get them in the right fit and cut, they’ll look epic with a pair of jeans or chinos. Throw on a pair of boots and BOOM you’re looking like a classic stylish man And you know if James Bond is wearing it, then you GOTTA be wearing it as well.
#4. The Cropped Pants and Button Down combo.
For those of you who don’t know, cropped pants are basically just pants that are cropped at the bottom so they land just above your ankle. And trust me, girls LOVE ankle exposure. It adds depth to your outfit and highlights the shoes you’re wearing, so if you’re wearing a clean pair of sneakers, they’ll look even better! Additionally, cropped pants are an excellent way of dressing up an outfit in a modern way, as opposed to wearing regular khakis or jeans. When you pair these with a button down, it’ll make your look appear a lot more sophisticated and classy, making you stand out from all the other guys, and making girls WAY more attracted to you.
#5. The Layered Hoodie and Jacket Combo
This is a common one but this is probably one of THE BEST looks you can pull off if you’re a younger guy, especially in high school and college. It’s a simple look that shows you’re not trying too hard but it’s also cool and stylish while still being super casual. The best part about this look is that there’s so much room for variety, you can layer the hoodie up with a t-shirt or button down or just go with the hoodie and a jacket and still maintain a layered look. And most guys already have a everything they need in their closet to put this outfit together so it’s a really easy outfit for literally ANY guy with a few pieces of clothing to pull off. And that’s it.
Do you feel depressed before stepping on a scale? Are your rolls of fat making women run away from you in fear? Does scrolling through your selfie-gallery make you think of Jabba the Hutt? Or would you just like to see your turtle finally come out of the shell after being hidden for years? Then look no further! I have all the answers you need. These tricks I’m about to break down for you will help your body’s appearance TEMPORARILY, regardless if you’re fat or skinny or muscular. They won’t suddenly turn you into a Greek God of aesthetics BUT they will make your body look a lot better than it normally does. So if you’re going on a date, to a party or whatever and want to feel just a little bit more confident about your looks, definitely follow these tips.
#1: Carb load
Carb loading is what athletes do all the time for better endurance. I won’t get too technical about this one, but carb loading is pretty much just eating a load of carbs before you need to perform at a high level. Carbs get stored in your muscles and this causes your muscles to pull way more water from your body than they normally would, so you will look even more inflated. But you have to be hydrated for this to work, so definitely combine this tip with the tip I’ll talk about later.
#2: Use coconut oil
This works even better when you already have a tan. Rubbing coconut oil on your body makes your skin glow and the effect is that you look bigger and more defined. Do you know when girls do their make-up and draw contours and highlights on their faces? They are trying to imitate the same effect you get from having tan and shiny skin, but this is even better because you don’t have to be precise. You just rub coconut oil all over your body and let the lighting do the rest of the work. Also, coconut oil is really healthy and good for your skin, so you should definitely put it on your body every once in a while, even if you aren’t trying to look better. But watch out, it takes your skin a long time to absorb the oil, so you should wait before putting on any clothes or you will stain them.
#3: Take a cold shower
This is another good tip for making your muscles look more defined. You know that feeling when you go skinny-dipping in cold water, come out and your balls look like peanuts? That’s because your body wants to keep in as much heat as possible, so your skin tightens. Well, your body doesn’t do this only for your balls, but for the rest of your body as well. So if you take a cold shower, your skin will tighten up and give your muscles insane definition. These effects don’t last very long, so you should probably do it as late as you can before leaving your house. Also, take as cold of a shower as you can handle to maximize the effects.
#4 Take care of your face.
Your face is the first part of your body that people will see, so you better make sure it’s glowing and free of acne. To get that nice glow, your face needs to be clean and smooth. To achieve this, you should opt for a Face Wash and Exfoliating Scrub, both of which will cleanse your pores and make your face fresh. But it doesn’t end there, you also want to make sure you’re using a face cream and acne cream to make sure you’re preventing blemishes and keeping your skin soft and smooth.
#5: Get a pump
When you work out, blood rushes to your muscles and makes them bigger. You can take this tip as far as you want to. If you want just a little pump for a short while, doing a bunch of push-ups is enough, but if you want to maximize the effects, you should do a full work-out and you will be pumped for a few hours. In fact, models and athletes do this ALL the time before photoshoots, in order to make themselves look more muscular and jacked. Even doing some pushups and situps before going somewhere can help give your muscles that cut, muscular look that’ll make ALL the girls wet.
#6: Drink a lot of water
Staying hydrated is extremely important for your health, but it’s also important for your looks, especially the muscles. Your muscles are like 80% water and when you don’t drink enough water, you will look like a dried-out fruit. When you’re dehydrated and you re-hydrate yourself, all that water will rush to your muscles and inflate them again, so you will look alike a beast again.
#7: Get a spray tan or use a bronzer lotion.
Seriously, Everybody looks better with a tan. Tanning does so much to your body that it doesn’t make any sense not to get a tan. Tanning helps hide your blemishes, marks, and moles. But most importantly, having a darker shade of skin makes your body look defined.
Let’s be honest, if you could be even a little bit more attractive, you’d want to take full advantage of it to increase your pulling odds, right? So, today I’m gonna teach you my biggest tips I use to make my face more attractive and godly. These tips aren’t gonna be any obvious generic either, these are gonna be some unique tips you can start doing right now to make your face more godly! Let’s do it!
#1 Use night-time mode on your devices like your phone and your computer.
Most devices emit a blue light that can cause damage to your skin. Now the science behind it still isn’t 100% but from what we know from the research so far, it looks like the blue light from screens can really take a toll on your skin. Exposure to blue light can stir up the production of free radicals in the skin, which can cause and accelerate the appearance of aging. Not only that, but the blue light can also cause the breakdown of healthy collagen and cause inflammation, all things that will prevent your face from looking it’s best. Using night shift mode on your devices reduces the amount of blue light that your device emits and CAN prevent damage to your skin over the long-term.
#2 Use a humidifier in your room.
A humidifier is a little machine that increases the amount of moisture in your room. How does this make your face better looking? First off, it increases the amount of moisture in the air which allows your skin to absorb the moisture and make it softer and more radiant. This is especially important in the wintertime when the air is cold and dry which causes your skin to become dry, damaged, and can actually make your skin look more aged. A humidifier prevents this and makes your skin get the glow. Not only that, but it also improves the quality of your sleep by clearing your sinuses making it easier to breathe, preventing dry throat, and helping you breathe easier while you sleep. And in case you didn’t already know, the more sleep you have, the better your skin and face will look.
#3 Use a skincare routine that moisturizes your skin to make your skin tighter and get that godly glow.
Just like moisture in the air is an effective way of keeping your skin hydrated, using an actual moisturizer with SPF 20 will do an incredible job of making your skin tighter and firmer, while also protecting it from the sun’s harmful rays. Choose any moisturizer and skincare system which comes with a face wash, an exfoliating scrub, an AM moisturizer with SPF of 20, a PM moisturizer and eye cream. All of these are essentials for making your face more attractive. Their super serum is a firming cream that makes your face firmer and prevents aging and wrinkles.
#4 Use eye drops to make your eyes whiter.
If you don’t get enough sleep and your eyes get red, then a quick fix you can employ is using eye drops. Eye drops will lubricate your eyes and reduce the redness and inflammation that occurs. Making your eyes look whiter will automatically boost your face’s attractiveness and make you look better. However, to prevent eye redness in the first place you should really get a good night’s sleep every night because it’ll improve your overall appearance over the long-term. Eye drops are a good quick fix when you’re in a pinch but should not be used too often because they can actually make your eyes worse if you overuse them. So use them with caution.
#5 Wear colors that complement your eyes and hair
If you have darker eyes and darker hair than you typically look good when you wear colors that are similar to your features, such as wearing a black shirt if you have black hair and dark eyes. Similarly, if you have brown hair and brown eyes, then wearing neutral, earthy tones will accentuate your facial features and make you look a lot better. This is the same thing as when people with blue eyes wear a blue shirt, except it works for whatever color your hair and eyes are, so make sure to take advantage of this!
#6 The basic thing.
Now if you’re a total noob, here are the basics. These are important but a little bit more obvious so I thought I’d include them briefly. Eyebrows. If your eyebrows are unruly and looking like wolf-man, then make sure you go to a professional and have them clean them up for you, don’t get them shaped because if you do, they’ll look feminine which is cool if that’s what you’re going for, but uh that’s not gonna get you what you want! Just tell them you want your eyebrows to look groomed and cleaned up, without them being shaped or looking feminine. B. Cut the sides of your hair shorter to accentuate your jawline and make your jawline appear longer and more defined C. Differentiate your neckline from your beard by making your beard end at the top of your neckline and making it follow the shape and structure of your jaw and face. And that’s it.
